The owners of this property had an old lift but it was rickety and then it fell off the tracks so they wisely shut it down and had us remove it to build this lift so they can keep and use the cottage indefinitely.

When I met future purchasers of this gorgeous cottage property on-site they were absolutely clear that, unless we could replace the existing old and dangerous lift with one of ours, they would not try to purchase it. We said we could and the project moved ahead.
