These cottage owners really needed this lift to utilize the whole cottage and the water, without the lift they were considering selling.
These cottage owners had considered getting the lift a few years earlier and the time to act was right.
This three-station lift travels from the parking lot to the cottage and further down to the rooftop deck of their boathouse/aerodrome for float aircraft.
This cottage has no outside stairs from the parking area to the boathouse without going through the kitchen-dining area. That meant a huge loss of privacy whenever things needed to be done in the boathouse. Plus, the cottage is two flights of stairs below the parking area and four stories above the boathouse. Our 3-Station/2-Pitch lift solved both problems.
This canopied lift was our most intricate project when we built it. It has three stations, each with an automatic interlocked sliding gate that has leading edge safeties. It's also one of our most heavily used lifts and averages about 1,500 round trips every years.
This spectacular lift runs at a steep 57-degree angle. At the top station, the car floor is about 15 feet off the ground. It aligns with an interlocked access gate through the main deck railing.
