Lift 120

This single-pitch, shallow-track lift was built to seamlessly connect the cottage to the waterfront. As a boat-access property, it allows the owners to easily transport supplies and gear directly from the dock to the cottage—no need to climb multiple flights of stairs.

To ensure a smooth, level transition from the lift to the front walkway, an access platform was added at the upper station. In collaboration with Lovegrove Construction, the platform was designed to integrate with the lift system and the surrounding architecture.

The button plates on this lift are installed into the existing aluminum railing system, creating a clean and streamlined appearance.
