This lift kept evolving even as we were building it. It started out as a 160' lift with a vertical rise of 100'. On the first day the owner asked us if we could raise the top end 6' to allow for back filling the upper station. When we did this we noticed that if we raised it another 2' we could extend the top end up to the next ridge and greatly increase the utility. We talked it over with the owner and all of a sudden we were building a 190' track with a 130' vertical rise and long legs.
