This lift runs from the parking area to the cottage porch, a vertical rise of about 35'. It was designed to carry cargo and/or 1 person. We set the track so that the only modification the porch required was the removal of one section of the handrail. The owners had their carpenter build the upper platform to meet the car. This was one of our first lifts to use the PLC base Lift Control System which we introduced in 2008.
