The primary concern of these owners was for moving supplies from the parking lot to the kitchen for their large and frequent family gatherings. But they also wanted it to carry people, planning for the likelihood that one day the stairs may become too much for someone.

To meet their needs we designed and built this 1-person "Combo Car" which has great utility, the cargo area covers the dolly and is at a great loading height. We designed and build the stairs so that the upper and lower platforms run the full length of the car for easy safe loading and unloading. This is really the only drawback of the combo car, the access platforms have to be long enough to accomodate the longer car.

Because the track was so close to the ground we put the drive mechanisms at the top.

The owners had a supply of Trex "wood" so we delivered the car without any wood and left the finishing to them. We did build the motor cover.
